How many guests can your banquet hall hold?
We can accommodate from 25 up to 300 guests for each event in our banquet facilities.
How long do I have the room?
This is dependent upon the time of day of your function and can be answered by your Catering/Event Manager
Can I come to see the room set up before I book?
Most definitely. In fact, we encourage you to do so. It is best to call your sales associate and have them look for a function that is similar in size and set up to yours and see the room set up to get a better idea for your event

This is dependent upon the time of day of your function and can be answered by your Catering/Event Manager
Do you provide Audio Equipment?
At a nominal charge you have access to our microphone and podium, a 6'x6' screen, projectors, floor easels, and any display tables that you may need.
What menu options do you offer?
We have multiple banquet menus to choose from including our Banquet Plated Dinner Menus and Banquet Buffet Menus. Children’s Banquet Menus are available upon request and we can also customize menus for your groups particular needs.
What bar packages do you offer?
We can provide bar packages for an Open Bar, Consumption Bar, or a Cash Bar.
Can I bring my own beverages?
In accordance with TN State Law, all beverages must be purchased from The Conference center at Fairfield Glade. Anyone found to be bringing in any alcoholic beverages, will be asked to leave immediately.
Do you have in-house catering?
Yes, we have our very own Executive Chef.
Can we pick our own linen colors?
Yes, we have a variety of linen colors to choose from.
What type of tables do you have?
We typically use our round tables that seat 8-10 comfortably. We also have banquet tables, as well as, square tables to seat all of your guests during your function.
Does your pricing include table setup?
Yes, our pricing includes glassware, silverware, plates, etc.
Do you have a dance floor?
Yes.
Can we bring in our own food?
All food has to be catered through The Conference Center at Fairfield Glade, although a cake may be brought in from a licensed vendor for your event.
Can we bring our own ethnic hors d’oeuvres?
We are sorry we do not allow food items to be brought in. We will gladly prepare a specialty item for your guest.
Can I bring my own decorations (i.e.: balloons, centerpieces, streamers, drapery)?
Yes, you may decorate the rooms and tables however you may like.
Do you have a valet service?
No, there is plenty of ample parking adjacent to the entrance and also handicap parking.
Can we hire our own entertainment?
Yes, you may hire any entertainment for your event providing club approval.
Do you cater to special dietary needs?
Yes, Vegetarian and Gluten Free.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we do and it’s free of charge.
