Available Space for Card Games at Legends Restaurant
|
Table games are allowed to be played in the Legends Dining Room Wednesday thru Saturday from 9am until 3pm. A limited number of EIGHT 4-top square tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
Pitchers of water will be made available but additional beverages and/or snacks must be purchased at Legends. No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought in.
For those groups requiring a reservation and/or private room, The Westchester room is still available for a nominal fee by calling Kathryn at 931-707-2068. |

Kids Camp is Coming to Fairfield Glade!
|

It’s never too early to plan for your child’s summer vacation. That is why we are excited to announce Camp Fairfield Glade for children ages 4 to 10. We offer an array of exciting activities including Swimming, Arts & Crafts, Martial Arts, Group Tennis Instruction, Group Golf Instruction, Fun with Foods, Team Building, Wacky Wednesdays, Athletics, Camp Traditions and more. Campers will make great friends, have tons of fun and enjoy going to camp in such a unique and beautiful setting. Registration is flexible and you may enroll for as many weeks or days at a time as you like. The structured camp program operates from 9AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday with complimentary before and after-care available. Camp Fairfield Glade prides itself on its dedicated and talented all-adult staff. Campers will benefit from an incredibly spirited, responsible and creative team of counselors whose number one goal is to provide a fun, safe and inclusive camp environment.

New Preferred Member ID Card
|
At the request of various members, we are excited to inform you that the Club is offering a “new and improved” Preferred Card Program by late January. Instead of keeping track of multiple cards (Member ID card, Preferred Golf, Preferred Tennis, Pool & Pickle ball punch cards, etc.), our members have asked for one debit/ID card that may be used at all FGCC point-of-sale locations.
The new Preferred Member ID Card may be used for purchases at any FGCC amenities with point-of-sale registers and scanners, including restaurants, Community Center, and marinas, as well as the pools. Preferred Member rates will apply for Preferred Members when paying with your Preferred Member ID card. Additional discounts, including preferred member rates for pool guests and pickle ball rates apply at various locations—check for special and seasonal promotions. Once the new cards are available we will notify all members. You may then obtain a new Preferred Member ID card from Member Records at the Administration Building at 7827 Peavine Road. The front of the card serves as your Member ID Card and the back is the Preferred Member Debit Card. Since the new program is voluntary, existing ID cards and preferred cards will still be valid. You will also be able to use balances on the current Preferred Golf and Tennis card(s) until 12/31/2012, but they can’t be used at other amenities.
Current punch card and pass holders may activate their debit card(s) at any pro shop, tennis shop or the Community Center with a $300 deposit for the entire family. Current Golf and Tennis preferred card holders may transfer balances to the new card; any attendant at our locations can assist you. For all others the initial activation amount is $600 for the entire family; thereafter your debit card may be replenished for only $300. Remember, you can now use the money on your card to make purchases at most of the Club amenities, and since it’s your money, your card never expires unless you sell your property. In the event you do sell your property within FG, we will be glad to transfer any balance on your card to a FGCC gift card; however, preferred rates will no longer apply since you would no longer be a member of FGCC.
We are very pleased to offer this new convenience to our members, and encourage you to take advantage of preferred member rates and discounts by obtaining your new card. If you have questions, please call (931) 484-3780 or speak with any staff member at a point of sale location.

Instructions:
Obtain a new Preferred Member ID Card from Member Records at the Administration Building at 7827 Peavine Road; FG.
For convenience, we suggest husband & wife come together to obtain new picture(s) ID card(s)
Take your new Preferred Member ID Card to any FG point of sale location to activate and add cash to your new FG Preferred Member Card.
Attendants can also transfer balances on current cards to the new Preferred Member ID card, but you will need to be issued a new Member ID card initially at the Admin. Building.
